During product page, Guests can choose their preferred shipping option—we’ll provide an estimated delivery date for every item in your bag based on your shipping selection, the delivery address. We offer the following Production Time&Shipping Time & Shipping Method options:

  • Free shipping on all orders 
  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Amazon Lockers
  • Order cut-off time- 3 PM  (GMT+08:00)

Receiving Time=Handling Time+ Shipping Time

  • Handling time: 1-4 days (Monday-Friday)
  • Delivery time: 4-10 days
  • The estimated total delivery time is approximately 5 to 14 days

Notes:

  • Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-4 business days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
  • In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
  • If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. 
  • Express Shipping orders will be shipped by USPS, DHL, or FedEx and International Orders will be shipped by your domestic couriers depending on your country and region.
  • We will send you the tracking number of your orders to the e-mail provided once your order is dispatched. If you’re not able to track with the tracking number provided, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@irtme.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Please note that the tracking information will only be displayed after it’s synced and updated successfully to the system. Please give it some time and track again later.
