Order Cancellation:

    1. Cancellation of orders not yet produced/shipped: Please send us an email stating your order number and the reason for cancellation. If the order has not yet entered production or been shipped, we will cancel it for you without deducting any fees.

    2. Orders already in production or shipped: We will charge a 10% relisting fee, deducting the corresponding shipping cost.

    3. Orders received but not due to product quality issues that you do not wish to keep: If you received the product but did not use it, and the returned product is in its original packaging, we will refund your payment, but we will charge a 10% relisting fee, deducting the corresponding shipping cost.

    4. Orders with product quality issues: Please contact us via email to confirm if the issue is due to product quality or incorrect delivery. We will issue a full refund without deducting any fees.

All goods are non-refundable after 30 days from the date of receipt.
